My first grandchild from my son and his wonderful wife brought me to the Mississippi Gulf Coast from Marietta, Georgia, in 1997. They have now given me two more grandchildren. These three, plus a beautiful and precious granddaughter from my daughter and her husband in Lawrenceville, Georgia, have deeply enriched my life and brought me more joy than a woman my age should have! (I now know that one true meaning of happiness is grandbabies!)

When my son was transferred to Jackson and Katrina devastated the beautiful Gulf Coast, with a very heavy heart, I sold my house in Pass Christian and relocated to be closer to my son and his family. After looking for a home in several areas, when I came to Brandon & Crossgates, it was love at first sight. I bought a townhouse in The Timbers and I just love it! However, I still have friends and loyal clients on the Coast, so I am frequently in the area.

A 30-year background as a legal and executive secretary and, for the last 10 years of a 20-year tenure, as the administrative office manager and property manager for a major, printing company in Atlanta, as well as my training and licensing as a real estate broker, enable me to be a full-service Realtor for my clients and customers.

My computer skills have proven to be a tremendous plus in today's technological methods of internet marketing. I do all of the maintenance on my web site. By doing my own photos and data entry, I can work more efficiently with hands on knowledge of the properties that I'm trying to sell.

I became a licensed Mississippi Realtor in January, 1999. In December, 2004, I became a real estate broker, and joined Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty as a broker/associate. 2005 was a very good business year for me, with a little over $3,000,000 in sales in spite of Katrina. In November of 2005, I moved to Brandon, and transferred my license to a local brokerage in June, 2006.

In May, 2007, I started Moreno Realty, LLC. As Broker/Owner of my own company, I have more flexibility in the services provided to both buyers and sellers. By keeping my business small, I am able to maintain the best in professional, personalized service to my clients and customers.

I am now trying to establish my business in this area, and would appreciate the opportunity to put my training and experience to work for you.
